Guidance on resetting your CaseGuide password.
If you know your current password
To change the password associated with your User account, select your name in the top right then select Account Settings. At the top right will be a “Change Password” button.
If you do NOT know your current password
In a web browser, go to https://app.caseguide.com and select the “Forgot Your Password?” link. Enter your email address when prompted, then select “Request password reset.” You will be emailed instructions.
