Yes, we do recommend enabling MFA... on your CaseGuide account and all your online accounts!
The folks at Compendia, Inc., makers of CaseGuide, strongly encourage all customers to enable multi-factor authentication (MFA) for account. When new a account is created, our support team will discuss enabling this option with the account owner.
If your account was created without MFA being enforced, MFA can still be added to your account later. Simply submit a support ticket and a Support Team Member will reach out to assist in configuring MFA on the account.
Note that all users will need mobile phone numbers in their account settings so that the authentication token can be sent via Short Message Service (SMS) aka text messaging.
