      Task

      Tasks are messages that one User can assign to another User within a Case, if the User has the proper permissions. Tasks can be notations, action items, reminders, or requests. Tasks may be self-assigned or re-assigned by any User with the proper permissions within the Case. Tasks have:

      • Status

      • Created By

      • Assigned To

      • Created Date

      • Due Date

      • Title

      • Text (body or content)
